Products description:
　Conductive silver paste is made of the superthin silver powder and low-temperature curing thermoplastic resin,suitable for screen printing various types of membrane switch, conductive trace.It has good print ability, remarkable conductivity, oxidation resistance and strong adhesion.

Remarks:350 mesh polyester screen printing,the line loop resistance:280 ohms for length 1.5m,width 0.6mm,3μm dry film thickness

Instructions:
　　1) Use: gently stirred with a ink knife，and printed for the standard method.
　　2) Film thickness: 3 to 5μm(dry).
　　3）Screen format: polyester or stainless steel screen for 200-350 mesh.
　　4) Squeegee: PU or other Solvent resistant, Squeegee for the inclination of 60-70 degrees.

Curing method：
　Using a minimum temperature of 130℃ and baking 30 minutes, the temperature may be higher or longer time, the properties of the cured silver line will be better, and that can be cured by an infrared heating furnace.

Cleaning:
　　ethyl acetate、butyl acetate

Packaging:
　　1kg/tank　5kg/tank

Storage conditions and period:
　　The quality of this products shall be guaranteed for 6 months after shipping date（5-25℃）.
